He pounded you with a pestle, like a millstone. دَقَّكَ بِالمِنْحَاز حَبَّ القِلْقِلِ.

دَقَّكَ بِالمِنْحَاز حَبَّ القِلْقِلِ.
ذكرت الأعراب القُدُم أن القِلْقِلَ شجيرة خضراء تنهض على ساق، ولها حب كحب اللوبيا حلو طيب يؤكل، والسائمة حريصة عليها.
يوضع هذا المثل في الإذلال والحمل عليه

He pounded you with a pestle, like a millstone.
The ancient Bedouin said that the millet is a green shrub that grows on a stem, and its seeds are like beans—sweet, delicious, and edible—and that grazing animals are eager for them.
This proverb is used to describe humiliation and oppression.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
المثل العربي «دَقَّكَ بالمِنْحَازِ حَبَّ القِلْقِلِ» يُضرب في الإذلال الشديد، أو السحق والقهر، أو الحمل على الإنسان بقسوة حتى يُستضعف ويُهان.
وأقرب المقابلات الإنجليزية بحسب المعنى هي:
"To grind someone into the dust."
«يطحنه حتى يصير ترابًا.»
أي يذله ويقهره قهرًا شديدًا.
ومن التعابير المشابهة:
"To crush someone."
«يسحقه.»
ويستعمل للهزيمة الساحقة أو الإذلال.
"To beat someone to a pulp."
«يضربه حتى يحيله إلى عجينة.»
ويستعمل للمبالغة في الإيذاء أو الإهانة.
"To wipe the floor with someone."
«يمسح الأرض به.»
وهو مثل شائع يُضرب لمن يهزم أو يذل شخصًا إذلالًا شديدًا.
فإذا كان المقصود في المثل العربي السحق والإذلال البالغين، فإن أقرب مقابل إنجليزي مأثور هو:
"To grind someone into the dust."
لأنه يجمع بين معنى السحق والإذلال، كما يُدق حبُّ القِلْقِل في المنحاز (الهاون).

The Arabic proverb “He ground you with a pestle like a grain of wheat” is used to describe extreme humiliation, crushing, or oppression, or to treat someone harshly until they are weakened and degraded.
The closest English equivalents, in terms of meaning, are:
“To grind someone into dust.”
“To grind them until they become dust.”
Meaning to humiliate and oppress them severely.
Similar expressions include:
“To crush someone.”
“To crush them.”
Used for crushing defeat or humiliation.
“To beat someone to a pulp.”
“To beat them until they are reduced to a pulp.”
Used for extreme harm or humiliation.
“To wipe the floor with someone.”
“To wipe the floor with them.”
This is a common proverb used to describe someone who defeats or humiliates another person severely.
If the Arabic proverb means crushing and utterly humiliating someone, then the closest equivalent in English is:
"To grind someone into the dust."
Because it combines the meaning of crushing and humiliating, like grinding grain in a mortar.

He who is humbled by Khidham is truly humiliated. ذَلِيلٌ مَنْ يذَلِّلُهُ خِذَامُ‏.

They said: Khidham was a humiliated man. This proverb is used to describe a weak person who is overpowered by someone weaker than himself.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the closest English equivalents of this proverb, in the sense of being overpowered by someone weaker than oneself, is:
“He is weaker than the weak.”
Meaning: Even weaker than the weakest.
“Even the lowestliest can overpower him.”
Meaning: Even the most insignificant person can defeat him.
“If even a coward beats you, you are truly weak.”
Meaning: If a coward defeats you, you are extremely weak.
This is very close to the spirit of the proverb.
“A weak man is bullied by everyone.”
Meaning: Everyone bullies the weak.
“He is beneath contempt.”
Meaning: He has reached a state of extreme humiliation.
However, it doesn't fully convey the meaning of “weaker than him.”
The closest expression to the meaning of the Arabic proverb is:
“Even the weakest can dominate him.”
“Even the weakest person can defeat him.”
