The cobbler's house contains a scrap of every kind of leather.

“A cobbler’s house is full of patches.”
“A jack of all trades.”
“A little bit of everything.”
A little bit of everything.

The Arabic proverb "The cobbler’s house contains a patch of every kind of leather" is used to describe a situation where diverse types or parts are gathered in one place, or where one possesses a bit of everything—even if the items are mismatched.
The closest English equivalent is:
“A cobbler’s house is full of patches.”
However, this is more of a literal translation than a common English idiom.
In terms of cultural meaning, a possible equivalent is:
“A jack of all trades.”
This refers to someone who knows or possesses a little bit of many things but is not necessarily a specialist in any single one of them.
If the specific intent is to describe the gathering of disparate, mismatched items in one place, the closest expression is:
“A little bit of everything.”
In my opinion, therefore, the most suitable equivalent is: “A little bit of everything.”
