“Do not dishonor other men’s women, and your own women will be spared.”
“What goes around comes around.”
“Treat others as you would have them treat you.”
👉 “Treat others as you would have them treat you.”

“Leave off slander against chaste women, and your own mothers will be safe.” This means: Do not attack people’s honor with slander and accusations, for if you protect their honor, they will protect the honor of your own mothers and wives.
The closest English equivalent is:
“Do not dishonor other men’s women, and your own women will be spared.”
However, in terms of brevity and conciseness, the closest English expression is:
“What goes around comes around.”
That is: What you do to others will come back to you.
There is also a more specific expression:
“Treat others as you would have them treat you.”
That is: Treat people as you would like to be treated.
And the best equivalent, according to the moral meaning of the proverb, is:
👉 “Treat others as you would have them treat you.”
